Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During the implementation of the project, the woman who performed intrauterine sperm artificial insemination at the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochou University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trichomonas, Candida albicans and other infections were detected in the reproductive tract, vaginal medication, acute infections in other organs throughout the body.
