Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pain lasted for more than 3 months after the chest and back rash healed, and the VAS score was more than 7 before treatment; 2. The effect of conservative treatment such as oral medicine and nerve block was not good; 3. The lesion was located in T2-12 nerve control area; 4. MRI examination of thoracic vertebrae showed that the subjects agreed to thoracic nerve destruction treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal insufficiency; 2. complicated with coagulation dysfunction; 3. combined with mental disorders and mental disorders with poor cooperation; 4. infected patients at the puncture site.
