18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent; 2. Aged 18–75 years; 3. No prior colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contradictions for colonoscopy; 2. History of bowel surgery; 3. Diagnosed with severe comorbidities (eg, ascites, congestive heart failure, chronic renal failure and coronary artery disease within the last 6?months); 4. On constipation, laxatives or anti-diarrheal medications; 5. Pregnant; 6. Severe constipation (<3 bowel movement/week); 7. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 8. Unable to watch VR videos eg. blindness.
