18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who diagnosed pancreatic cancer without distant metastasis by traditional radiographic examination, including resectable pancreatic cancer, borderline resectable pancreatic cancer and locally advanced pancreatic cancer; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years old; 3. The patients who ECOG<=2 points, ASA score <=2 points and were tolerant to radical operation, including pancreaticoduodenectomy and pancreatic body-tailectomy; 4. The patients can sign informed consent by themselves or their legal agent; 5. Patients who did not have previous history of digestive system tumor, chemotherapy or radiotherapy were included in the study; 6. Patients were able to follow the research protocol and follow-up plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who suffered from uncontrollable diseases, such as unstable angina, myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident that occurred within 6 months; 2. The patients were unwilling to receive surgery; 3. The patients who were confirmed with distant metastasis, including liver, lung, brain, bone and non-local lymph nodes; 4. The patients who had malignant tumor history with other organs within five years; 5. Postoperative histological pathology confirmed non-pancreatic cancer; 6. Patients who were unable to receive anesthesia or operation due to the conditions of other organs.
