18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han Chinese with Chinese nationality; 2. initial colonoscopy screening; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years; 4. agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. persons with mental illness or mental retardation; 2. poor bowel preparation; 3. incomplete colonoscopy; 4. colonoscopy reveals chronic colitis or inflammatory bowel disease; 5. familial adenomatous polyposis; 6. refuse to participate in the study.
