30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 33-65 years; 2. chiefly complain of "excessive daytime sleep" or "excessive daytime sleep" was observed clinically; 3. Cognitive function evaluation: ability of daily living scale(ADL) was normal; 4. Assessment of excessive daytime sleep: Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) >=5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe obstructive sleep apne/hypopnea syndrome (OSA): stop questionnaire was used for primary screening. 2. Brain diseases: brain MRI + special diagnosis: (1) Hydrocephalus, major craniocerebral trauma or surgery; (2) History of stroke, leukoencephalopathy, etc.; (3) Neurodegenerative diseases,such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease; (4) Hypersomnia, such as narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia; (5) Infectious diseases with impaired cognition,such as neurosyphilis, HIV; ? Internal diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease; ? Mental disorders, such as depression.
