Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery under general anesthesia and requiring temperature monitoring at our hospital, aged 20-60 years and the operation time exceeded 1h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are as follows: A history of illness, bleeding, or surgery in the nasal cavity and ear, and patient refusal.
