Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. ASA class I-III; 3. It is suggested that the knee or hip joint replacement should be performed under general anesthesia; 4. The hospital stay was at least 1 day; 5. Patients with reading and writing ability and able to complete self-assessment; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients could not cooperate with the scale assessment because of serious hearing and cognitive disorders; 2. Suffering from confirmed mental disease, cardiac insufficiency, serious liver and kidney disease; 3. History of opioid abuse; 4. Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; 5. Transfer to ICU after operation.
