Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients were confirmed by CT/MRI to meet the diagnostic criteria for ischaemic stroke, and there was no history of prior stroke as well as no obvious motor restriction before stroke. The duration of disease was from 10 days to 1 year; (2) The patients were 30 to 80 years old and had dysfunction in only one upper limb; (3) The patients were conscious and cognitively unimpaired, with stable vital signs, and could cooperate throughout evaluation and treatment; (4) The patients and their families agreed to sign informed consent before entering the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) unstable condition, progressive stroke or cerebral haemorrhage; (2) limitation of upper limb motor function before stroke; (3) physical condition not conducive to participation in the study (e.g., severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other primary diseases); (4) severe cognitive or communication disorder, poor compliance or inability to co-operate with assessment and treatment; (5) bilateral cerebral hemispheric injury.
