18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteered and signed informed consent; 2. aged >18 and <80, male or female; 3. diagnosed of pancreatic head tumor or ampullary tumor need pancreaticoduodenectomy before operation; 4. can adhere the research program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied with other malignant tumor; 2. other severe chronic diseases which cannot tolerate the operation; 3. pregnant or breast feeding women; 4. with any unstable situation who can not adhere to the study program.
