Healthy Control Group:N/A
Diabetic Control Group:patients treated with other oral hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin except SGLT-2 inhibitor for 3 months or more were included, excluding those without drug therapy.
SGLT-2 Inhibitor Group:treated with SGLT-2 inhibitor or in combination with other oral hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin for 3 months or more

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetes patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of who diabetes expert committee (1999).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM), gestational diabetes mellitus and other special types of diabetes; 2. Patients with severe and acute diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic hyperglycemia syndrome; 3. There are other factors that affect the level of inflammatory indicators, such as acute and chronic inflammation; 4. Patients with previous malignant tumor and mental history.
