Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with epilepsy confirmed by 2 epileptologists, meeting the 2014 International Anti-Epilepsy Union (ILAE) epilepsy diagnostic criteria and 2017 ILAE epilepsy classification criteria; 2. The average frequency of epileptic seizures in the last 6 months was more than 1 time per month; 3. Aged 18 to 45 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with kidney disease, patients taking drugs that clearly affect changes in urinary protein or renal function; (2) Patients with abnormal urine routine and liver and kidney function test results; (3) Patients suffering from stroke, brain tumor, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases that may affect urinary protein; (4) Patients with other chronic diseases; (5) Pregnant or lactation patients; (6) Patients with continuous attacks every day; (7) Patients who refused to participate in the study and did not sign the informed consent; (8) Patients who are unable to cooperate with the study due to lack of autonomy or other reasons.
