Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing joint replacement surgery for the first time; (2) Complete clinical case data, imaging examination data and hematological report data; (3) Patients without thyroid disease or iodine metabolism disease before surgery; (4) Patients followed up for more than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other major organs, who cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery with possible risks; (2) Patients who have recently been examined with iodine contrast agent or treated with thyroid drugs; (3) Patients allergic to iodine volt; (4) Patients with infection at the surgical site.
