Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. The diagnosis of non AEFILD through multidisciplinary discussions 3. Have good compliance, willing to take drugs in accordance with the program and follow-up with the schedule; 4. Patients were fully informed of the purpose method and possible discomfort of the test, agree and signed in consent; 5. The researchers evaluated and approve the patients to enroll this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Reticular and honeycombing opacity less than 10% with non AE and ground glass opacity less than 10% on HRCT; 2. Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 3. Patients with mental disorders; 4. The researchers found that the subjects had poor compliance; 5. There is any unsuitable situation for those selected.
