Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with very high-risk ASCVD undergoing coronary angiography, very high-risk ASCVD was defined according to the 2018 American Lipid Guidelines; 2. Atorvastatin 20mg/day for LDL-C still >= 1.8mmol/L; 3. Patients with TCFA detected by OCT (fiber cap thickness = 20 years on coronary angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used pcsk9i; 2. Patients with contraindications of elouzumab / statins, including statins intolerance; 3. Patients with known history of hemorrhagic stroke; 4. Patients who are undergoing blood component extraction or other new technologies to reduce blood lipid; 5. Patients with life expectancy < 1 year.
