31 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient of primary trigeminal neuralgia; 2. Patients who fail in conservative drug therapy; 3. ASA grade: I-II; 4. Patients sign the consent form and willing to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the infection of puncture site, abnormal blood coagulation or local anesthetic allergy; 2. Patients with nerve injury who have received interventional therapy before operation; 3. Patients with visual and hearing impairment or the difficulties of communication; 4. Patients use of opioids or other analgesics with long-term.
