Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the above ARDS montreux diagnostic criteria; (2) the applicable age of neonatal ARDS *, and the gestational aged >= 36 weeks; Informed consent to the treatment plan, and approved by the ethics committee. * applicable age of neonatal ARDS: for newborns born less than 40 weeks gestation (including premature infants), the calculated time is from birth to gestational age of 44 weeks; For newborns with gestation >= 40 weeks, it is from birth to 4 weeks after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) congenital malformations or chromosomal diseases affecting respiratory function (such as complete cleft palate, 21-trisomy syndrome, complicated congenital heart disease caused by abnormal embryonic development); (2) there are neuromuscular diseases affecting respiratory function (such as congenital central hypoventilation syndrome, myasthenia gravis, etc.); (3) the presence of structural abnormalities of the upper and lower respiratory tract (e.g. Pierre-robin syndrome, congenital laryngeal softening, atresia of the nasal cavity, severe nasal injury, etc.); (4) there is active intraventricular hemorrhage.
