Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically, if more than 2 antiepileptic drugs (antiepileptic drugs,aeds) are systematically applied, the drug reaches an effective concentration in vivo, and is observed for at least 2 years, the seizure is still not effectively controlled (with seizures every month) called refractory epilepsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without brain MR imaging and EEG monitoring; 2. Patients who stopped taking medicine or did not take medicine regularly during the follow-up period; 3. Patients younger than 18 or older than 80 years. 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate or refuse corresponding imaging or EEG monitoring. 5. Epilepsy caused by degenerative diseases and metabolic diseases, benign focal epilepsy, severe mental disorders caused by non epilepsy, mental regression, etc.
