18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 70 years; 2. Selective operation of the brain patients undergoing low-flow general anesthesia; 3. PiCO2 in the mindray monitor > 0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffered from lung diseases included pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary infection, COPD, pulmonary edema, Emphysema and asthma; 2. Patients suffered from high intracranial pressure, hypertension, pulmonary hypertension and heart disease can not tolerate hypercapnia.
