Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. according to Rome IV standard, constipation caused by intestinal and systemic organic factors, drugs and other causes need to be excluded and meet the following criteria: subject must meets the following two or more symptoms: (1) at least 25% of the time defecation is strenuous; (2) at least 25% of the time is massive or hard defecation; (3) at least 25% of the time defecation has a sense of incomplete defecation; (4) at least 25% of the time defecation has a sense of anorectal obstruction or obstruction; (5) at least 25% of the time defecation requires manual assistance (such as defecation with finger assistance, pelvic floor); (6) spontaneous defecation less than 3 times a week; 2. few loose stools occur when laxatives are not used; 3. do not meet the diagnostic criteria of IBS-C; 4. the age was between 18 and 60 years old, the above symptoms appeared for at least 6 months, and the symptoms in the past 3 months met the above diagnostic criteria; 5. two weeks before entering the group, there were no drugs that could cause constipation, no prokinetic drugs, microecological agents, permeability drugs and other drugs to treat constipation, antibiotics and other drugs were not used; 6. the patients themselves and their family members had informed consent, voluntarily participated in the clinical trial study, had good compliance, and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those who did not meet the above diagnostic criteria had poor compliance and did not sign an informed consent form to participate in the trial and study voluntarily; 2. patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction, uremic coma, ketoacidosis, hypoglycemia, anemia, malnutrition, hematopoietic and systemic immune system diseases, infectious diseases, nervous system diseases and so on; 3. patients should not be diagnosed as functional constipation if they meet the diagnostic criteria of opioid-induced constipation, but clinicians should pay attention to the overlap between functional constipation and opioid-induced constipation; 4. patients with organic lesions such as tumors in the intestine, as well as inflammation, intestinal stenosis or obstruction caused by surgery should be excluded; 5. special groups such as pregnancy and lactation.
