Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tissue: HNSCC tumor tissues and normal adjacent tissues (> 1.0 cm) collected from surgical treatment; 2. Saliva: Collect saliva on the surface of tumor tissues in the mouth of HNSCC patients and healthy volunteers. Sample collection time is 2 h before or after meals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients received the treatment of chemoradiotherapy/ cell immunotherapy and long-term anti-inflammation before surgery.
