Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese women with premenopause, less than 48 2. sign an informed consent of her own accord

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any kinds of endometriosis; 2. submucous myoma; 3. any kinds of endometrial diseases; 4. pelvic inflammation with chronic or acute; 5. any kinds of endocrine disease; 6. pregnant state; 7. taking any kinds of steroid hormone drugs in last 3 months; 8. abnormal results of laboratory test which would affect the endometrium; 9. with habits of alcohol and tobacco; drug addiction.
