18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. definite diagnosis of central or mixed DVT by vascular ultrasound or anterograde angiography; 2. Aged 18-85 years old; 3. The first attack; 4. patients in the acute phase (duration <=2 weeks); 5. exclusion of anticoagulant thrombolytic contraindications and surgical contraindications; 6. The enrolled patients signed the informed consent for anticoagulation thrombolysis and operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have anticoagulants, thrombolytic drugs or contrast agent allergy; 2. severe renal insufficiency; 3. patients with other diseases who need to take hormones for a long time; 4. life expectancy < 2 years; After discharge from the hospital, anticoagulant treatment could not be followed, < 6 months.
