Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients or entrusted family members voluntarily sign the informed consent of the test; 2. Patients aged 20 years or older and 70 years or younger, regardless of gender, with aneurysmal SAH; 3. In SAH patients with ruptured aneurysm, hunt Hess score was 3 or 4; 4. Patients who completed interventional therapy within 72 hours after aneurysm rupture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are judged by the responsible physician to be unsuitable for the trial; 2. Severe brain edema, cardiac insufficiency and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients with large amount of intracranial hematoma or hydrocephalus; 4. Those who refused to randomize; 5. Patients who could not be enrolled for any reason, according to the researchers.
