Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis standard of sepsis: according to sepsis guideline of 2016, there is infection and qSOFA >= 2; 2. Diagnostic criteria of acute renal injury: according to AKI classification standard in 2012 KIDGO guideline, the group was divided into three groups: Stage 1: scr reached 1.5-1.9 times of the basic value or increased >= 0.3mg/dl (>= 26.5umol / L), or urine = 12h. Stage 3: scr is more than 3.0 times of basic value, or creatinine >= 4.0ng/ml (353.6umol / L), or = 24h, or anuria >= 12h. 3. The score standard of qSOFA is as follows, a. consciousness disorder, score 1 b. respiratory rate >= 22 times / min, score 1 c. SBP <= 100 mmHg, score 1 4. The diagnostic criteria of sepsis renal injury: sepsis and acute renal injury exist simultaneously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic renal failure patients receiving hemodialysis or ultrafiltration; 2. Patients with acute renal failure receiving emergency hemodialysis; 3. Patients with life expectancy less than 48 hours; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 80 years old; 6. There is essential hypertension, excluding patients with aldosteronism; 7. Long term use of ARB and ACEI; 8. Patients who have used vasoactive drugs when entering the ICU.
