Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing upper extremity arterial puncture and catheterization in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. 2. Children with ASA grade II-IV surgery, aged 0-8 years. 3. Children with diameter of ulnar artery larger than that of radial artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with infection at the puncture site, skin damage, and positive Allen test. 2. Children unsuitable for upper extremity artery puncture due to various reasons.
