Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who choose to undergo intracranial or mediastinaltumor surgery in Guangzhou Women's and children's Medical Center, regardless of gender. Inclusion criteria: aged < 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known severe liver disease, known bleeding diathesis, immunosuppressive disease, chemotherapy or long-term corticosteroid treatment.
