Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-60 years; 2) Course > 3 months; 3) It is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain; 4) Those willing to join the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, acquired spondylolisthesis, piriformis syndrome and other diseases with definite diagnosis of lumbago and leg pain; combined with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other life-threatening primary diseases; pregnant and menstruating women.
