18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 100 adults aged 18-70 years diagnosed with IgAN by renal biopsy; 2) eGFR-EPI >= 25ml/min·1.73m2; 3) agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with other systemic?diseases or infectious diseases, as diabetes mellitus, severe coronary artery disease, primary hypertension,kidney stone,gout,malignant tumor,chronic hepatitis type B,chronic hepatitis type C,clinical uncontrolled infectious diseases, etc; 2) Secondary IgA Nephropathy, as anaphylactoid purpura,rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis,multiple sclerosis,inflammatory bowel disease,portal hypertension,chronic hepatitis/liver cirrhosis, etc..
