18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with cerebral contusion and laceration, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, compression of ventricles and displacement of midline were confirmed by CT; 2. Patients with preoperative GCS <= 8; 3. The patient / family member is informed and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs; 4. Patients who can not tolerate surgery; 5. Patients with postoperative intracranial rebleeding or cerebral infarction; 6. Patients with intracranial pressure greater than 250mmh2o after decompressive craniectomy; 7. Patients with high skin flap tension; 8. Patients with incomplete postoperative clinical data; 9. Patients participating in other clinical studies.
