Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as colorectal polyp by colonoscopy, and was admitted to the hospital to receive polypectomy under colonoscopy; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years; 3. Patients who completed the previous enteroscopy in our hospital; 4. Patients who were prepared to use polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the previous intestinal tract.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of colon surgery; 2. Patients with colonoscopy or early imaging finding colonoscopy with large occupying lesions, incomplete ileus symptoms and possibly affecting the effect of bowel cleaning; 3. Colonic diffuse diseases, such as IBD, ischemia, infection, polyposis (the number of polyps > 100), which may affect the effect of bowel cleaning; 4. Patients with contraindications of colonoscopy were found after admission; 5. Patients who do not agree to join the group or cannot sign informed consent for other reasons; 6. The patients that other researchers think are not suitable for the group; 7. FAP and other colonic polyps are too many to evaluate the detection rate of polyps. Termination: 1. Patients who fail to complete colonoscopy. (refers to the failure to reach the back to blind part) 2. Patients with severe vomiting, abdominal pain and intolerance during bowel preparation, leading to failure of bowel cleaning.
