18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years, male and female are not limited; 2. The clinical diagnosis is liver cell carcinoma with liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism; (1) Imaging confirmed splenomegaly; (2) platelet count > 50 x 10 ^ 9 / L, = tumor diameter > 5cm; 5. Patients whose life span is expected to exceed 3 months; 6. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with a history of organ transplantation; 3. If there is a history of bleeding due to esophageal varices or there is "red sign" in this gastroscopy, pericardial devascularization or shunt should be performed at the same time; 4. Patients with active bleeding caused by various reasons; 5. Patients with serious acute and chronic diseases; 6. Patients with severe diabetes; 7. Patients with serious infectious diseases; 8. Patients with HIV infection or AIDS related diseases; 9. Patients with drug abuse or mental or other diseases that may interfere with study compliance; 10. Patients without other anti-tumor treatment and immunotherapy before operation; 11. Patients without serious organic diseases of heart, lung, brain and other organs; 12. Patients without other malignant tumor history; 13. Other circumstances that the researcher thinks are not suitable for this study.
