Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with traumatic brain injury were definitely diagnosed; 3. Patients to be operated in emergency; 4. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with external ventricular drainage or other monitoring devices implanted only due to intracranial pressure; 2. Patients who have received surgery for chronic subdural hematoma (including drilling or minor craniectomy); 3. Patients who are scheduled (planned) or semi scheduled (where the patient is initially in an emergency and needs to be re admitted for surgery after discharge); 4. With history of emergency surgery for TBI; 5. Patients with previous functional impairment of other important organs.
