Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis criteria of PCOS in PCOS patients refer to those recommended by ESHRE / ASRM in Rotterdam in 2003, which can meet two of the following three criteria: 1. Clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenemia; 2. Anovulation or anovulation; 3. The polycystic ovary was found by ultrasonography, and other related diseases were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age > 40 and BMI > 35kg / m2; 2. Patients with cardiovascular diseases; 3. Patients with thyroid disease and tumor; 4. Smoker; 5. Diabetic patients; 6. Patients with hypertension 7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
