Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single birth primipara; 2. The parturient of vaginal delivery; 3. Women with dominant urinary retention; 4. The time of PUR was 6-12 hours postnatally; 5. All patients were treated with indwelling open catheterization after failure of induced micturition, hot compress, bladder massage or intramuscular injection of neostigmine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complications such as preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage who need indwelling catheter; 2. Patients who can't get up to urinate due to physical deficiency after delivery; 3. Patients with incomplete record data; 4. Patients with perineum laceration of degree III or above;
