Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-40 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of drug dependence in Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders; 3. Subjects whose remaining abstinence time is more than 1 year; 4. Patients without serious medical and mental diseases; 5. Patients with primary school education or above; 6. Those who voluntarily participated in the compulsory drug treatment of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who participated in high intensity interval training in the past. 2. Patients with other diseases that may interfere with the implementation of the protocol, such as cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney disease, musculoskeletal dysfunction or cancer. 3. Patients with antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder; 4. Patients with severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairment. 5. Patients with unstable medication.
