Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=65 years old; 2. ciritical patients with delirium.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who experienced the medical history of severe head injury, stroke and other deseases in CNS; 2. those who experienced the medical history of mental disordes; 3. severe dysfunction with organs including liver and kidney; 4. with difficulities in communication; 5. sevre bradycardia; 6. addictive in alcohol and abuse of drugs.
