Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eighty female patients undergoing elective unilateral radical mastectomy under general anesthesia, aged 18~80 years, ASAI~II, BMI <= 30kg/m2 are going to be enrolled.All the patients are diagnosed as breast cancer by histopathological examination, and the surgical method are unilateral modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection, anatomical abnormality, anaesthetic drug allergy and other conditions that are not suitable for nerve block; (2) history of chronic pain and mental illness, and history of long-term opioid use; (3) patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney; (4) other malignant tumors; (5) application of immunosuppressive agents.
