Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the US Diagnostic Standards for Mental Illness (DSM-IV) diagnostic criteria for "schizophrenia"; 2. course of disease is more than 5 years, and long-term use of antipsychotic drugs; 3. Han nationality, 18-80 years old; 4. Education level above primary school; 5. Right-handed; 6. Patients and family members were informed about this experiment, and agreed to participate, and signed informed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, Have a history of substance dependence, or psychotic symptoms caused by other mental illness; 2. Have traumatic brain injury, epilepsy or other cerebral organic diseases; 3. An apparent suicide attempt or behavior; 4. Patients who are receiving antidepressants, emotional stabilizers, use within 6 months or need to be treated with electric shock if they have an onset; 5. Laboratory examination shows liver and kidney function damage or other serious physical diseases and metabolic disorders.
