Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients in our hospital; 2. Patients with unlimited age and gender; 3. AAV was definitely diagnosed by rheumatologists, referring to Birmingham vasculitis scoring system; 4. Patients with complete medical records in the medical record system of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose ANCA test was negative for many times and could not be confirmed; 2. Patients who are not suitable for inclusion in this study.
