Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes established in the report of WHO Expert Committee on diabetes in 1999; 2. Patients whose first diagnosis age was more than 18 years old; 3. Patients with complete clinical data required by the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are infected by fungi, bacteria and viruses or have other stress conditions in Hospital; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding or other reasons requiring fasting or intravenous nutrition during hospitalization; 3. Patients who use hormone or other special drugs during hospitalization; 4. Patients diagnosed as pancreatic diabetes, gestational diabetes or other secondary diabetes; 5. Patients who were previously diagnosed or hospitalized as malignant tumor; 6. 6 patients with incomplete basic data.
