Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, male or female; 2. Acid reflux and heartburn in the past week; 3. Positive in GERD-Q; 4. Acceptance of gastric endoscope and 24h-pH monitoring, with no contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any contraindications for endoscope or 24h-pH monitoring; 2. Post-operation stage of esophagus or stomach; 3. Probable of malignancy or accalasia; 4. Increase of eosinophilic cell; 5. Other conditions that not suitable for this trial.
