Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are intended to undergo laparoscopic gastrointestinal elective surgery under the total intravenous anesthesia in The Second People's Hospital of Yibin. 2. The surgery take more than 120 minutes. 3. More than 18 years old. 4. ASA grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of mental and neurological diseases, a long history of alcohol and drug abuse, and long-term use of opioids or antipsychotic drugs. 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction, with a history of diabetes and stroke. 3. The mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) confirmed the existence of cognitive dysfunction, and the score of MMSE was less than 20 points.(due to China's national conditions, the enrolled patients are generally older and have a low level of education, so 20 points are adopted as the threshold.) 4. Patients who are deaf and blind cannot complete the test 5. Patients who refuse the test or cannot complete the test due to other reasons. 6. Allergy to anesthetic drugs that need to be applied during the experiment, and patients with a family history of malignant hyperthermia or a history of malignant hyperthermia.
