Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. We plan to choose the parturient who will have second cesarean section in the women and children center of Hengyang Central Hospital from May 2020 to may 2021; 2. Head position, singleton, 37-41w gestation, ASA grade I-II; 3. Delivery women aged 18-45 years old, 60-80 kg in weight and 155-170 cm in height; 4. Patients without contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 5. 500-600 parturients without history of opioid and local anesthetic allergy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The parturient who refused postoperative analgesia; 2. Patients with pregnancy complications; 3. Patients with chronic pain and low back pain; 4. Patients with spinal deformity; 5. Patients with a history of using painkillers; 6. The parturient with poor uterine contraction and bleeding greater than 1000ml.
