Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as clinical or subclinical keratoconus, and the changes of corneal topography were more than 1 D in the past half year, and the cone top was less than 65D; (2) The best corrected visual acuity was not less than 0.3; (3) Endothelial cell density was not less than 2000 cells / mm2; (4) The thickness of the thinnest point of the cornea should not be less than 400 µm; (5) Age and gender matched normal subjects were included as the control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients; 2. Patients with systemic or ocular autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with corneal scar; 4. Patients with history of herpes simplex keratitis; 5. Patients with history of eye surgery; 6. Patients during pregnancy or lactation.
