Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who fully understand the requirements and risks of this study and sign the informed consent; 2. Patients with indications for thoracoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative evaluation of patients with pulmonary infection and positive bacterial culture; 2. Patients with tuberculosis infection; 3. Patients with incomplete medical history before admission.
