Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with membranous nephropathy by renal biopsy were 18-75 years old; 2. The level of urinary protein ( >= 3.5g/24h) in nephrotic syndrome was accompanied by hypoproteinemia (serum albumin = 30ml / min; 4. Patients without immunosuppressant within 3 months before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with membranous nephropathy secondary to tumor, systemic lupus erythematosus or other systemic diseases; 2. Patients with special infection (including HBV, HCV, HIV, etc.); 3. Pregnancy or abortion; 4. Patients with fasting blood glucose > 6.2mmol/l; 5. Patients with life-threatening complications, such as heart failure or acute gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. Patients with kidney length less than 8 cm; 7. Patients with a history of allergy to macrolides.
