Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the same time, the following three conditions are met: 1. Patients with hlh-2004 were diagnosed; 2. Both male and female, patients over the age of 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HScore < 90 points; Pathological mutations were found in currently known HLH-related pathogenic genes, such as PRFl, UNCl3D, STXll, STXBP2, Rab27a, LYST, SH2D1A, BIRC4, ITK, AP381, MAGTl, CD27, etc.
