Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: (1) chronic strain, traumatic muscles and bones, qi and blood are not enough to feel the wet caused by the cold. Good hair age in the 50 years old or so, the female morbidity is higher than the male, right shoulder more than the left shoulder, more seen in manual workers, more chronic disease. Shoulder pain, especially at night, often caused by weather changes and fatigue, shoulder joint activity dysfunction. (4) shoulder muscle atrophy, the shoulder before, after, outside all have tenderness, abductor function is limited obviously, appear typical "shoulder" phenomenon. (5) line examination is mostly negative, long course of disease can be seen osteoporosis. Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria for periarthritis of shoulder; (2) those who did not receive any treatment in the previous 1 week; (3) above 40 years old and below 75 years old (including 75 years old), gender is not limited; (4) volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Moderate or severe osteoporosis or combination of shoulder or other shoulder diseases did not heal; (2) patients with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, tumors and mental disorders; (3) Long-term use of drugs affecting the efficacy and other comprehensive treatment; (4) To exclude those who give up treatment in the middle of the process and those who are unable or unwilling to objectively fill in the study effect indicators.
