Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with subpleural pulmonary lesions detected by chest CT; 2. Patients who need to get a clear diagnosis for further diagnosis or treatment; 3. Patients who can not get the diagnosis result through sputum or blood culture and bronchoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary failure; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or who can't stop taking anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs; 3. Pregnant women and minors.
